• Fees once paid are non-refundable except as required by law or under exceptional circumstances approved by the management.

3. Attendance and Holidays

• Regular attendance is encouraged for the child’s consistent learning progress.

• The school calendar, including holidays and vacations, will be communicated in advance.

• The school is not responsible for days missed due to illness or personal reasons.

4. Health and Safety

• Parents/guardians must inform the school of any medical conditions or allergies.

• The school will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children on campus.

• In case of emergencies, the school may seek medical treatment for the child and will notify the parents immediately.

5. Code of Conduct

• Parents and students are expected to respect school rules, staff, and fellow students.

• Bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

• The school reserves the right to take necessary action if the behavior of a student or parent disrupts the school environment.

6. Use of Photos and Videos

• The school may take photographs and videos of students for promotional and educational purposes.

• If you do not wish your child to be included, please notify the school in writing.
